On-Site Medical Facility
Safety First can assign a full-time Medical Administrator to deliver our services, and to serve as, Safety First on-site liaison with your project staff and with area medical providers. Our medical professionals are skilled and dedicated clinicians who come to us with broad experience and relevant skills.
Our clinicians understand that we manage the treatment of people, not just their injuries. Looking at the whole person helps us identify causes and underlying conditions that contribute to injuries. Understanding causes is the first step in preventing injuries, which is the best treatment for your employees.
Safety First will recruit a qualified medical professional, assuring appropriate credentialing, training, and orientation. We will concentrate our recruiting within the Safety First family and in the local area around your project.
We train all of our personnel in Safety First’s case management best practices, clinical protocols, software, OSHA record-keeping requirements, patient assessment forms, and Safety First’s administrative requirements with an intensive training program at our headquarters. This program includes practical experience working alongside experienced Medical Administrators at established, Safety First accounts.
We take deliberate action to understand each client’s workplace culture, and then assign medical personnel whose personalities and interests fit comfortably within that culture. Good communication and respect can be the most effective part of a patient’s treatment!
