Consortiums
Safety First can provide a consortium that randomly selects (using an industry accepted computer generated random selection process) the employees for drug testing. Unannounced testing based on random slection can be established at 10%, 25% or 50%, which are computer generated.
Consortiums are used by a variety of companies to discourage use and abuse by making testing unpredictable and to identify current users and abusers so they can be referred for assistance and/or disciplinary action if needed.
